- Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery time varies by region but typically ranges from 5-10 business days. However, delivery may take longer due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES & FREE DELIVERY
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders above $99.
- For orders below $99, shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery, depending on the destination country’s policies.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING PACKAGES
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- After the package has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated by the courier company. In some cases, tracking may not appear online until the package reaches the destination country.
- If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
PAYMENT METHODS
- We currently ONLY accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal for all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for any location. All payments must be made online at the time of purchase.
FAILED DELIVERIES & ADDRESS ERRORS
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
