At Mobile Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy after delivery.
RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- Once a product is delivered, Mobile Store is not responsible for any return, refund, or repair services.
- Any warranty claims, repairs, or service issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
- Refunds or returns are not accepted unless a product is found to be damaged during transit or defective upon arrival (as verified by the manufacturer’s service center).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide clear images/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will guide you to visit the manufacturer’s service center for verification.
- If the manufacturer confirms the defect and provides a replacement authorization, we will assist you with a resolution.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Smartphones, tablets, accessories, and gadgets cannot be returned once delivered.
- No refunds are provided for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction with performance.
- Any software, digital services, or app development services provided by Mobile Store are non-refundable once initiated.
WARRANTY & SERVICE CLAIMS
- All products sold by Mobile Store come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Customers must contact the brand’s official service center for repairs, replacements, or warranty claims.
- Mobile Store is not responsible for any after-sales service once the product is delivered
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Refunds for canceled orders (before shipping) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
FORCE MAJEURE & EXTERNAL FACTORS
- Mobile Store is not responsible for refunds, delays, or non-delivery caused by:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
- Courier delays, customs holds, or network failures beyond our control.
