II. ORDER PLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

b) Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

a) We provide worldwide shipping to 20+ countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
b)Free shipping is available on all orders above $99.
For orders below $99, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
c) Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout. Mobile Store is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
V. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
a)We offer a 7-day return window for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories to be eligible for a return.
b) Return shipping costs may be applicable, depending on the reason for return.
c) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.
VI. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
a) We may offer discounts, promotional codes, and special offers from time to time.
Promotional codes are non-transferable and must be used by the person to whom they were issued.
